Fitness style
Fitness is not something you do a couple times a week; it’s a choice a habit a life style.  It is all the little things that you do.  Busy people stay fit by making all the little choices everyday that reflect what they desire.  Maybe it’s choosing water over soda or maybe it’s taking the stairs instead of the elevator, it could be going on a walk with a friend on Monday nights or doing yoga in the mornings.  If you want to be fit and stay that way you must start by changing your habits.  One good way to do this is record everything you do and things you eat, that way if you see what you are doing you can change it.  Another thing that is very important is getting your body moving and your heart pounding, you should do this several times a week.  The best way of doing that is to exercise.   Often people have trouble staying accountable and many times are not sure what exercises are best for them.  These people have found that a personal trainer is a great asset and can often make the difference between doing the exercise right and doing it wrong sometimes. The trainers often make the difference between being fit and not being fit.
